Description

A facilitator drill helps staff respond clearly and consistently. It may cover onboarding, headset fitting, participant reassurance, timing cues, troubleshooting, reset, access support, and emergency response. In public settings, drills help staff act calmly when the experience becomes busy or unpredictable.

Typical Use

Used during facilitation rehearsal, exhibition operations planning, safety review, onboarding design, installation setup, and public presentation.

Scope Note

This technique may include staff scripts, repeated practice, role-play, reset steps, support cues, troubleshooting prompts, and emergency procedures.
